Bird Fluff is built around a love of birds and the people who notice them. Alongside making shirts and gifts for birdwatchers, we’ve also contributed merchandise to organizations and events in the birding community.
We don’t advertise these donations, and talking about them doesn’t come especially naturally to us. Advertising our giving has always felt a little like a jaded marketing gimmick to us, turning something we want to do into a reason to buy from us. But we wanted to share a little about this part of the business, without making more of it than it is.
Our contributions have included shirts for the Association of Field Ornithologists, the Presque Island Audubon, Point Blue Conservation Science, Chicago Bird Collision Monitors, and the Birdiest Festival in America.
We’re also preparing a contribution of five raptor-themed apparel items for the North American Falconers Association.
These are modest, in-kind contributions: things we make, shared with people and organizations connected to birds. We won’t attach a claim about their impact that we can’t measure. We’re simply glad to be able to offer something.
There isn’t a promotion attached to this post or a purchase we’re asking you to make. It’s just a brief note about something we usually leave unmentioned, and about the organizations that have been part of it.
Stan the Pouter Pigeon has always been the quiet one..., until things go sideways. When Tumbles gets cornered at the Aviaro Gala, it's Stan's moment to step into the spotlight alongside Fannie and remind everyone why you never underestimate the muscle.
Great shirt! Nice quality. Washed well and held its shape. My wife has had several folks admire it and laugh at the message. I love that it makes people smile.
Chstomer service was A+! Along with great quality tshirts!

Terrific rendition of one of our favorite raptors.
Wonderful tee! Soft, good fit, and very comfortable. I love the image, especially the fluffy part!
