Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy for wrong items or items that arrived damaged, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. ReturnFlight Deals are not eligible for return or refund.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us by replying to your order confirmation email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Your returned item must be received by us within 30-days of receiving return instructions or a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or outside the 30-day return shipping window will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on footwear or gift cards.


Exchanges for different size or color

We do not process exchanges. You may order a replacement item at your discretion.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store.  We do not accept returns on footwear. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at orderhelp@birdfluff.com within 30-days after receiving your order or by replying to your order confirmation email. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, you have two options.  Both options begin with you contacting us as soon as possible regarding the incorrectly sized order. If you reach out to us soon enough, usually within 2-hours of placing the order, we may be able to cancel your original incorrectly sized order.  Then you can place a new order for the correctly sized item. If the incorrectly sized order is already in fulfillment (i.e. being created for you) then you can choose one of the following.

You can return the item accidentally ordered in the wrong size to us.  We are happy to issue a return shipping label or you can ship it back on your own, and there is a maximum $10.00 restocking/handling fee. 

  • You have 30-days to return the item once you receive return instructions and/or a return shipping label.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item and issue a refund minus shipping (including return shipping if we issued a label) and the restocking/handling fee, provided the item hasn't been worn or damaged.
  • Items lost in shipping or sent after the 30-day window will not be refunded.
  • If you have placed a replacement order for the correctly sized item, the  restocking/handling fee will be waived.

You can keep the incorrectly sized item and we will issue a coupon code for a significant discount for your individual use towards the purchase of another, correctly sized shirt.  Discount amounts vary by product but are generally between 25-35% off.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
