Shipping policy

Bird Fluff sources and manufactures its products through a third-party on-demand supplier.  When you place your order, your items are manufactured for you.  Our supplier offers standard flat-rate shipping rates and those are the rates you see at checkout. Total shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. You will see final shipping costs at checkout. Click here for a table of shipping costs by product.*

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Our supplier ships with carriers like USPS, FedEx and DHL.  

It takes 2-7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out.  Your order may consist of one or more shipments depending on where each product is fulfilled.

The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:

USA: 5-7 business days

International: 7-21 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Generally, your order will be fulfilled at the facility closest to the shipping address.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.


Note of Caution: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If your package is shown as delivered by the carrier, you will need to make a claim with the carrier. Bird Fluff does not control the delivery environment and is not responsible for stolen packages. 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at orderhelp@birdfluff.com with your order number.  

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the replacement order would be at your expense.


Wrong/Damaged Shipments

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orderhelp@birdfluff.com within 7-days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
